Buyer Eligibility

By purchasing from FarmaTech Labs, you confirm that:

You understand the risks associated with handling research materials
You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations

FarmaTech Labs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit sales at our discretion, including but not limited to orders placed by individuals or entities we believe are unqualified or may misuse the products.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing products from FarmaTech Labs, the buyer acknowledges that research materials may present unknown or known hazards.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for:

Reviewing applicable safety information
Using proper laboratory equipment and protective procedures
Following appropriate industrial hygiene practices
Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
Determining product suitability for the buyer’s intended lawful research purpose

The buyer understands that FarmaTech Labs products may not have been tested for safety or efficacy in humans, animals, foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or consumer products.

Product Information

Any product information provided by FarmaTech Labs, including product names, descriptions, images, or catalog details, is provided for identification and research-reference purposes only.

Nothing on this website shall be interpreted as:

Medical advice
Health advice
A treatment recommendation
A dosing recommendation
A usage protocol
An instruction for human or animal administration
A claim of safety or efficacy

The buyer is solely responsible for conducting independent research and determining whether a product is lawful and appropriate for their intended laboratory application.

Prohibited Use

The buyer agrees not to use any FarmaTech Labs product for:

No Resale, Relabeling, or Redistribution

Unless expressly authorized in writing by FarmaTech Labs, buyers may not:

Repackage products
Relabel products
Redistribute products
Market products for human or veterinary use
Make claims regarding safety, efficacy, treatment, performance, or results

If a buyer modifies, repackages, relabels, combines, or redistributes any product, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all resulting liabilities, testing, compliance, labeling, and legal obligations.

Compliance With Laws

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased from FarmaTech Labs complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

FarmaTech Labs makes no representation that any product is lawful for every buyer, location, or intended use.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we believe the order may violate applicable laws, regulations, payment policies, shipping restrictions, or our internal compliance standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarmaTech Labs, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of any product.

The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility associated with the products after purchase.

Indemnification

By purchasing from FarmaTech Labs, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FarmaTech Labs, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, legal fees, or costs arising from:

The buyer’s misuse of any product
Violation of these Terms
Violation of any law or regulation
Resale, redistribution, relabeling, or repackaging of any product
Any claim related to injury, loss, damage, or non-compliant use

Order Review and Refusal of Service

All orders are subject to review. FarmaTech Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse, inaccurate customer information, payment concerns, shipping restrictions, or compliance concerns.

Payment confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. If an order is canceled before fulfillment, the customer may be refunded according to our refund policy.
