This Refund Policy applies to orders placed through FarmaTech Labs.
No Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, FarmaTech Labs does not accept returns.
This policy is in place to help protect product integrity, handling standards, and safety. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.
Damaged, Broken, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include the following information:
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Clear photos of the package and item(s) received
- A description of the issue
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
After reviewing the claim, FarmaTech Labs may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, email us immediately at:

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or prepared for shipment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed off for shipping, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Unpaid Orders
Orders placed using manual payment methods are not processed until payment is confirmed.
If payment is not received within the stated payment window, the order may be canceled without further notice.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
FarmaTech Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Refunds are not guaranteed for refused, returned, or undeliverable packages.

All FarmaTech Labs products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or household use.
